Exports

Al Arabi soap factory relies on raw material imports for some of its manufacturing process of the different kinds of detergents and disinfectant products. The factory, however, exports approximately more than 100 of tons of its products on yearly basis to MENA region, basically Qatar, Iraq, and U.A.E., and it is planning to extend exports in the future based on a strategic diversification plan wherever applicable.

It is always one of Al Arabi Soap Factory’s main objectives to respond to local needs and reduce imports while boosting exports so as to cut the balance-of-trade deficit and play a major role in contributing to the Lebanese agricultural and industrial sectors’ development.
